Visit JoJo's Vineyard
We'd love to welcome you to JoJo's Vineyard. Nestled in the Chiltern Hills, our family-run vineyard offers a relaxed place to enjoy award-winning English wines surrounded by the vines where they are grown. Whether you're joining us simply for a glass of wine, a guided tasting, or a food event and taking in the views, we want every visit to feel personal and unhurried.

Our story
Born from passion.
Grown with science.
Ian and Tessa created JoJo's Vineyard with a single ambition: to make the finest English still and sparkling wines from their land in the Chiltern Hills. Coming from agricultural and scientific backgrounds, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to combine a passion for precision viticulture with a deep love of winemaking.
The vineyard is named after JoJo, their dog. Freedom-loving, free-spirited and full of joy, she inspired the name and the spirit of everything grown and made here.
"When a vineyard owner openly says they won't sell anything they don't enjoy drinking themselves, you know these are wines of quality."
What makes our wines different
The science behind every glass
Ian and Tessa bring agricultural and scientific backgrounds to everything they grow. Precision monitoring and data-led viticulture help our 9,000 vines produce exceptional fruit in the Chiltern Hills microclimate, and the results speak for themselves in every bottle.
Precision monitoring
Drone imagery, soil mapping and canopy management data guide every decision we make in the vineyard throughout the season.
Low-intervention winemaking
Indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and a hands-off approach that lets the fruit from our Chiltern Hills vines speak for itself.
Chalky Chiltern terroir
South-facing chalky slopes in Russells Water create the perfect microclimate for growing exceptional grapes in the heart of the Chilterns AONB.
The setting
High in the Chilterns
9,000 vines planted in 2019 on south and south-west facing chalky slopes, the perfect conditions for growing exceptional English wine grapes.
